Stop by and grab a Boaty to decorate or inspire another art piece of a different medium. The only limitations is time and size. Boaty design is due by the end of the day Thursday, April 13th and can’t be larger than 6”x6”x6”. Voting will be all day Friday, April 14th and open to all students and faculty. There will be a fun prize for first place and the Boatys will be on display in the LAAVA Lab for the rest of the semester.

When Walls Talk: Dynamic storytelling through experiential design

Intentional experiential design activates our senses by embedding narratives within the built environment. We can empower and affirm audiences by weaving cultural and historical context into spatial, digital, and graphic touchpoints.

When we honor our individual passions, it enhances our roles as artists, architects and designers, allowing us to authentically engage with each other. Explore how a collaborative, multi-disciplined process can craft lasting emotional connections for our communities.
