Stolen Art Working Group

This Wednesday at 6:30pm, the MU Gallery will host an open forum for the community to discuss the Richard Diebenkorn piece that was taken in 1975. The discussion will include all the research that has been completed thus-far and the working group will review what questions, leads and issues have not been investigated. This working group is open to those who would like to simply listen and those who would like to actively participate in tracking down the artwork. The artwork was taken from the wall nearly 46 years ago but there has been a growing interest in its return over the last year. Recently, the Fargo Forum and Valley New Live (https://www.valleynewslive.com/2021/11/06/an-investigation-isstill-going-artwork-that-went-missing-ndsu-46-years-ago/) has covered the lost work. There is no need to RSVP, simply show up on Wednesday at the Memorial Union Gallery this Wednesday at 6:30pm and we will work together to solve this mystery.
